Chloe was attentive, listened to my request and made recommendations I fully supported. She made sure the vehicle was ready at a specific time and explained the services performed when I picked up the vehicle. I have two Audi's serviced by Hoffman. Nelly is excellent to work with. She realized my wait was going to be longer then expected for an oil change because of the recall on my vehicle so offered to get the driver to drive me home. My only complaint is that I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the driver to come. Other then that, my experience was perfect
