I've never had a bad experience, always professional and great communication. I will continue to use Liberty Honda for my auto needs instead of schaller Honda in New Britain. Much better service and experience.

Chandler Boutin is an AMAZING service advisor! My wife's 2021 pilot went in for a rear subframe recall. The paperwork made is seem like an alignment wasn't done after. Chandler looked into it and made sure the alignment was done! So polite to my wife, so polite to myself, a true professional. Manchester Honda told us they couldn't do the recall "until Honda had enough parts to do everyone's car". Hung up the phone with Manchester and called Chandler. Chandler scheduled us an appointment immediately, told us to come on down, we dropped the vehicle off at 7:30AM and had it done by 2:00PM. I'm sure Liberty's Service Manager is great. That said, Chandler should be next up for his spot!😂....So polite, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. 😀 Thank you Chandler 🙏

As soon as I arrived someone came right up to the car. They were extremely polite and friendly. They escorted me to the waiting room. I waited in pleasant surroundings and then it was done, the car was washed and it was a great experience.

Best experience EVER from a car dealership. no Joke. I was at Schaller Honda and had the rudest salesman so I ran out and went to Liberty where I was met by the NICEST sales guy Colin. young dude. polite. VERY knowledeable of the products. Explained everything perfectly and slowly. Everything I wanted this guy was accommodating. They even had a wifi work area for me to do work at on my laptop. Offered me drinks and water. I ended up getting a Touring Odyssey since they gave me 5K off MSRP. unreal. AND they got me a better interest rate than my credit union which i thought was going to be impossible. Also shoutout to Rocky the business manager. He offered GAP insurance ONE TIME and then moved on. Never had it that easy. Usually they ask 100 times in a slimey manner. Rocky was the best. straight up. nice dude. Our Odyssey touring is perfect. Thanks to Honda Liberty!!!!!!!!!!
