However, this Honda location appears to know the value of honesty, trust, and customer satisfaction when providing services to clients and visitors alike. I highly recommend this location for new or used vehicle purchases, and I highly advise anyone searching the market for an extended warranty to inquire within the sales department here, as they offer the best prices around. I was disappointed that, when scheduling my oil change appointment, I wasn’t told about the 3 recalls on my car that would need extra time to complete. I wasn’t told at the time I scheduled my oil change. Your schedulers have the data available to them, even if it’s on another screen. It was only once I arrived, that I was told the recalls would take a few extra hours, and there was no ride available to our town. We didn’t drive two cars in, which we could have done, had we been informed. I spoke to the manager. I told him there would be no good review by me. A few minutes later, we were offered a ride to our town. Thank you. But, why did I have to be the squeaky wheel for this, especially since the fault was on your lack of good customer service? We appreciated the ride. Please provide better customer service from now forward. Be fair to busy people, mothers with children in tow, and everyone by letting us schedule the right amount of time, in advance of standing in your service garage with a dissatisfied and irritated expression. Show more respect for your customers by informing people!
