Liberty Honda always does an excellent job. People warn "Don't go to a dealer for repairs. They'll rob you blind." Not true at Liberty Honda. I will not trust anyone else with my car.

I sincerely thank Ms. Chloe Truglio for her consistent care and attention to both my Honda Pilot and me. During a recent emergency, she was able to accommodate me that evening and provided a loaner vehicle while my Pilot was being serviced. My heartfelt appreciation to her and the service mechanics for ensuring my car runs smoothly and remains safe.

3 time my car was there 3 times something went wrong called the manager never returned my phone call for damages caused by there technician

I brought my car on for arm control repair and tire rotation. After the rotation I had problems with wobbly feel when veering right on curves particularly. I drove it for a week to see if the problem would resolve. It didn't. So I returned and was told there was an axle problem that was not detected in the test drive after the rotation. I had the work done, thus having two fairly large bills within a two week span.

Took my car in to get checked for a transmission issue. They were easy to work with given my schedule at the time. While my problem itself did not get fixed, it is well documented.

Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating Udi helped me set up an appointment quickly when my AC didn't work and Chandler gave excellent customer service
