Took the car to them 3 times before they could identify the actual problem, by then my extra coverage wasn't active so i had to pay out of pocket, that bill wasn't cheap.

We have been working with Brian for a few months. He was very informative, patient, and had great attention to detail when it came to remembering things that I wanted in a car. When it came to find the car again, he was very patient. He’s funny and he made the experience very personal. Rocky was amazing as well, and overall any staff member that we talked to throughout the day, made us very comfortable.
