The service advisor was good. I usually schedule with her. But when I voice concerns it seems its not listened to when it comes to the service done or price. I come in for one thing leave spending thousands just to come back spending thousands more and told its something else?? Gonna cost thousands again. Honda doesn't take responsibility it could of been them or they didn't notice issues. Just to charge customer thousands! But Svetlana is good and tries her best to help within her scope
