Thy did what they said they would do and my... The car runs great and the price was awesome

I booked my car service appointment online and was given a specific price—luckily, I took a screenshot to keep as a record. Once I got to the dealership, not only did they take over an hour and a half just for an oil change, but the total they quoted me was way higher than the price I had supposedly locked in online. I questioned the service advisor, and he just told me prices had gone up—but they went up in just two days? To me, that’s a scam! They give you a price to reel you in, and then, once the work is done, they charge you much more than they originally said....

Amazing experience! Nelly was so kind and helpful. Overall experience was a 10/10 compared to the other Honda dealerships in the area.
