Very clean and welcoming environment to bring your car and sit and wait until your service is finished. They are always willing to add coupons to bring down your price. Workers are very nice and easy to get along with.

I just spoke with Tiffany.She is a service writer in Liberty Honda service department. She is extremely nice, very, very helpful in very accommodating. If anybody needs to get service done a car or truck.. Call Liberty Honda, I've been going there for years. And i've never ben disappointed.. Ask for Tiffany you won't be sorry... If anybody needs a car there's not a better place that I know of then Liberty Honda they have a great selection of new and used cars I bought my last vehicle there and it's been wonderful. If you buy a new or used auto, see Mike plumber he is the general manager. He will make sure you're taking care of... Before the sale and after the sale.Which is just as important.... I am not happy with the sales dept, but I am very happy with the service team. I purchased a car on 24 June and I still do it have my registration . I get not communication from the sales team unless I call to initiate the discussion. The inability to get my registration is troubling, but the lack of communication is is unacceptable. On the other hand the service dept is the best that I have ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Now that I have had the vehicle for almost three weeks, I would like to point out a few concerns with the CRV exl. How can you provide such great alloy wheels, but not include locking nuts to prevent theft of those wheels? Why do you have a specific location for a cargo cover, but not provide the cover? Both of these items were standard in the last CRV exl that I purchased in 2020. Trying to save a few pennies on anti theft items does not make sense. I have had only Hondas since the late 1990’s but this may be my last as other manufacturers provide greater value for the price.

Liberty Honda always does an excellent job. People warn "Don't go to a dealer for repairs. They'll rob you blind." Not true at Liberty Honda. I will not trust anyone else with my car.

I sincerely thank Ms. Chloe Truglio for her consistent care and attention to both my Honda Pilot and me. During a recent emergency, she was able to accommodate me that evening and provided a loaner vehicle while my Pilot was being serviced. My heartfelt appreciation to her and the service mechanics for ensuring my car runs smoothly and remains safe.

3 time my car was there 3 times something went wrong called the manager never returned my phone call for damages caused by there technician
