She knows what she's doing, great at explaining what's going on, patient and helpful. Having written that, Scott Brewer has helped us several times and he's super, too. For the 1st time in twenty years we asked for a loaner and they gave us a perfect Civic to use overnight. Thanks to the loaner department for the right-size car for us.

Good customer service. Did not have to wait long when I arrived. Service staff explained 30000 mile Service and provided estimate. Service was done in adequate time. I felt though that cost was high, labor was more than parts!!!
