The Service Advisor schedules service work and recommends additional work as needed to customers.
Qualifications: Two years experience in a dealership position with general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) required. ADP a plus, some sales experience preferred and professional appearance required.
Service Technician Qualifications: Two years experience in a dealership position with general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. Qualifications: Excellent communication and managerial skills, two years experience in an auto body repair facility, a working knowledge of body repair methods and one year of supervisory experience required.
